Jessica von Bredow-Werndl. Laura Klaphake. Kristina Bröring-Sprehe. Big names, all of whom have already celebrated great successes in Aachen. But not only at the big World Equestrian Festival, CHIO Aachen, but years before, at German Youth Championships. They all won the title in their respective age group at a DJM in the imperial city. In 2025, the traditional show grounds at the Soers will be the venue for the stars of tomorrow for the fourth time after 2003, 2010 and 2017. The CHIO Aachen CAMPUS will host the German Youth Championships in show jumping and dressage from August 21st to 24th.

“Promoting young talent is of huge importance to us and is part of the DNA of the CHIO Aachen CAMPUS. We are therefore delighted that next summer we will be able to experience the best young athletes from Germany in these two disciplines live here at the Soers in Aachen,” said Birgit Rosenberg, who, as a member of the Managing Board of the Aachen-Laurensberger Rennverein e.V. (ALRV) is also responsible for the CHIO Aachen CAMPUS. Next year, the best national young riders will be competing for titles at the CHIO Aachen, where the world's best otherwise compete. Almost the entire showgrounds will be used. The show-jumpers will start in the driving stadium behind the Mercedes-Benz Grand Stand. The dressage riders will enter the dressage arena in the Deutsche Bank Stadium and on the warm-up area directly in front of it.

At the end of the tournament, the German champions in four age groups will have been determined: Children (up to 14 years of age), Pony Riders (up to 16 years of age), Juniors (up to 18 years of age) and Young Riders (up to 21 years of age) in show jumping and dressage. Admission for spectators of the DJM is free of charge.
