Animal trainer Anne Krüger-Degener gives festive live training session for the CHIO Aachen CAMPUS

Animal lovers and horse enthusiasts take note! An arena decorated for Christmas as well as horses, dogs, ducks and other animals await the spectators on 23rd November, when the renowned animal trainer, Anne Krüger-Degener, comes to the Soers. At the CHIO Aachen CAMPUS, she will provide insights into her training philosophy, which is based on trust, communication and body language.

Her visit in November is not her first to the famous equestrian showgrounds. However, it is the first time that Krüger-Degener has given a very special live training session there. Among other things, the 56-year-old will be demonstrating how a successful partnership between humans and animals is created. The correct interpretation of the horse's body language signals is just as important as the correct use of one's own body language to avoid misunderstandings.

Anne Krüger-Degener has already presented the results of this bonding work several times in the past at ‘Horse & Symphony’ as part of the CHIO Aachen. For her highly acclaimed performances, she has brought ducks and goats or dogs and a whole flock of sheep to the Aachen Soers and enchanted the audience with her unique programme.

Anne Krüger-Degener has been doing her extraordinary work since 1987. 'In my life as an animal trainer and farmer, I rely on working with my animals on a daily basis. As a result, I have developed a loving and fair approach to animals based on communicative principles, conceptual training and a systematic approach, following the learning patterns of nature,’ says the 56-year-old, explaining her philosophy.

Among others, she works with four-time Olympic dressage champion Jessica von Bredow-Werndl and her brother Benjamin Werndl, who demonstrated in an entertaining and instructive live training session at the Deutsche Bank Stadium in September how they train their horses and what is important to them when working as a team.

At the master class on November 23, 2024 in the festively decorated Albert-Vahle-Arena, the audience will be able to experience her unique methods at first hand.
