With the Programme of Excellence, the CHIO Aachen CAMPUS paves the way for talented young riders between the ages of 16 and 21 to become top riders. Over a period of several months, top talents from all over the world are given all the tools they need to be prepared for the big stage in dressage and jumping.

It is a great privilege to be able to provide the talents with Isabell Werth (Germany) and Jos Lansink (Belgium), head coaches who can each look back on a unique track record in international sport: They are both Olympic Champions, World Champions and of course winners of the most difficult competitions at the CHIO Aachen. In a total of six training phases, each of which will take place on the famous CHIO show grounds, the talented riders will be able to benefit from the know-how and skills of the two international stars of the equestrian scene.

In addition, the programme offers many other experts who will assist the young riders in matters of fitness, media and nutrition advice, training management, horse and stable management or career planning.
