Skis jumpers do it and athletes. Football players do it too. And now riders as well. Neuroathletics is the new “Wonder training”, which promises increased progress precisely then when technique, athletics and mental training reach their limits. In the scope of his “Neuro-Rider”, the former ski jumper, who was successful at international level, Marc Nölke, has developed a brain-based training concept that is tailor-made to suit the needs of riders. Curious? Marc Nölke will explain what this approach exactly involves and how to improve the individual exercises seat, influence, responsiveness or imbalances on August 24th, 2021 in the scope of a basic seminar on the theme “Neuro Athletic Training, Focusing on Equestrian Sports” at the CHIO Aachen CAMPUS.
